弹性时间工作制在中小电商企业应用的思考

摘要 中小电商企业发展,以其弹性工作时间制度吸引大量年轻员工。在对固定工作时间制度实行现状进行分析,说明了中小电商企业引入弹性时间工作制度的必要性,即逐步引入弹性工作制,提出规模化兼职、以人为本、责任为重、业绩为主的弹性工作时间制度应用策略。
