摘要
目的:研究Spee曲线高度与咀嚼效率的相关关系。方法:测量203名在校大学生的咀嚼效率和Spee曲线高度,将结果进行Pear son相关性检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果:Spee曲线高度在0到2mm范围内与咀嚼效率呈显著正相关,r=0.631,P<0.01;Spee曲线高度在2到5mm范围内与咀嚼效率呈显著负相关,r=-0.759,P<0.01。结论:当Spee曲线高度在2-2.5mm范围内时,咀嚼效率最大,过大或者过小的Spee曲线高度都有可能降低咀嚼效率。
Objective: To evaluate the correlation between the height of Curve of Spee and masticatory efficiency. Methods: The masticatory efficiency and height of Curve of Spee of 203 college students were measured, and analyzed by using the Pearson correlation test. The statistical significance level is 0.05. Results: The height of Curve of Spee within the range of 0 to 2 mm was positively related to the masticatory efficiency (r=0.631 and P〈0.01); the height of Curve of Spee within the range of 2 to 5mm is negatively correlated to the masticatory efficiency (r = 0.631 and P〈 0.01). Conclusion: With the height of Curve of Spee within the range of 2-2.5mm, the masticatory efficiency reaches the highest, the masticatory effi- ciency decreases with the height of Curve of Spee beyond the range of 2 to 2.5mm.
