摘要 目的了解高职护生坚韧人格和学习动机现状及相关性,为提高其坚韧人格与学习动机提供理论依据。方法对540名高职护生采用坚韧人格量表和学习动机问卷进行调查。结果高职护生坚韧人格得分为(71.71±12.45)分,学习动机得分为(125.21±25.74)分;高职护生的坚韧人格与学习动机呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论高职护生坚韧人格与学习动机存在密切相关,二者相互促进,护理教育者可开展具有高职特色的课程和训练来提升其坚韧人格水平,培养学习动机。 Objective To investigate the current situation and relationship of hardiness personality and learning motivation in higher vocational nursing students,so as to provide theoretical basis for hardiness personality and learning motivation.Method Totally,540 higher vocational nursing students were investigated using Hardiness Scale and Learning Motivation Scale.Results The scores of higher vocational nursing students'hardiness personality and learning motivation were (71.71 ± 12.45) and (125.21 ± 25.74).The hardiness personality was positively relatied to learning motivation (P 〈 0.01).Conclusion The higher vocational nursing students' hardiness personality and learning motivation are closely related.Nursing educators can develop courses and training with vocational characteristics to improve higher vocational nursing students' hardiness personality and learning motivation.
