系统性红斑狼疮患者生活质量测评工具的研究进展

Research process on measurement instruments of quality of life for systemic lupus erythematosus patients

文章对系统性红斑狼疮患者生活质量测评工具研究进展进行综述,归纳了普适性量表和特异性量表,包括36条目简明调查表、修正版健康评估问卷、世界卫生组织生活质量简表、欧洲五维健康量表、狼疮性生活质量量表、系统性红斑狼疮症状量表以及系统性红斑狼疮生活质量量表的研究、发展、内容、适用人群等,并在此基础上,提出了构建适合我国人群特点的生活质量评价量表。

The paper reviewed the general scales and disease specific scales for the measurement instrurements of quality of life in systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） patients,including the development,content and fit people of Medical Outcomes Study Short Form 36 （SF-36）,Modified Health Assessment Questionnaire（MHAQ）,WHOQOL-BREF,Euro Qol-5D,Lupus Quality of Life （Lupus QoL）,SLE Symptom Checklist （SSC） and SLE Quality of Life （SLEQoL）.And put forward the construction of life quality evaluation scale suit to the characteristics of Chinese people.
