摘要
目的观察吸痰引流连接管清洗消毒的效果,为选择最佳的清洗消毒方法提供依据。方法采用简单随机抽样法,从20根使用后的吸痰引流连接管中随机抽取10根进行试验;对参与实验的连接管先进行保湿预处理,再用流动水冲洗保湿液,最后用喷淋式清洗机进行机械清洗消毒;采用三磷酸腺苷生物荧光测定法检验清洗消毒效果。观察保湿前(即使用后)、保湿后、清洗消毒后的3个时间点的观察值变化情况。结果吸痰引流连接管使用后污染严重,相对光单位值严重超标,达到(2 817.40±1 942.60),中位数为2 758.50;保湿预处理后减至(510.90±787.64),中位数为206.00;经过清洗消毒后减至(6.30±7.90),中位数为0.50。3个时间点的相对光单位值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对污染后的吸痰引流管采用强效气泡型保湿剂预先处理,再用喷淋式清洗消毒机进行清洗消毒,结果全部合格,效果满意。
Objective To evaluate the cleaning and disinfection effect of sputum suction connection pipe,and to provide basis for selecting the best cleaning and disinfection method.Methods From 20 sputum suction connection pipes after used,and a random sample of 10 pipes were selected to be pretreated by humectant,then washed by running water,finally cleaned and disinfected by spray cleaner.The cleaning and disinfection effect was tested by ATP bioluminescence assay.The values were observed before humectation,after humectation and after cleaning and disinfection.Results After used,the pipes were severely contaminated,and the relatively light unit values were out of limit,with the average of (2 817.40 ± 1 942.60) and median of 2 758.50.After humectation's pretreatment,the value was (510.90 ± 787.64),with the median of 206.00.After the cleaning and disinfection,the value was (6.30 ± 7.90),with the median of 0.50.The values at three points were statistically different (P 〈 0.01).Conclusions The sputum suction connection pipes were pretreated by powerful bubble type humectant,cleaned and disinfected by spray cleaner,the disinfection effect is qualified.
