剖宫产术中加温液体静脉输入对产妇寒战和舒适度的影响

目的探讨静脉输入不同温度的加温液体对剖宫产术中产妇寒战和舒适度的影响。方法以240例足月剖宫产健康初产妇为研究对象,按手术先后顺序分为A、B、C 3组,每组80例。A组输入未经加温(室温)的液体;B、C组分别输入37.5℃、38.5℃的液体。观察产妇手术期间寒战、舒适度情况。结果 3组产妇寒战及舒适度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两两比较显示,C组寒战率最低,舒适度最高。结论剖宫产术中输入38.5℃液体,能有效减轻产妇术中寒战,提高产妇舒适度,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the influence of different temperatures of heating liquids intravenous infusion in cesarean section on maternal chills and comfort.Methods Totally,240 full term cesarean delivery healthy women were recruited and divided into three groups each with 80 cases.Patients in group A were given unheating liquid in esarean section,patients in group B and C were given heating liquid of 37.5 ℃ and 38.5 ℃ each.Chills and comfort of maternal during operation were observed.Results Chills and comfort in three groups were different （P 〈 0.01）.Patients in group C had the lowest rate of chill and highest comfort.Conclusion Using heater 38.5 ℃ liquid in cesarean section can effectively reduce the intraoperative maternal chills and improve maternal comfort,which is worth popularized in clinical.
