网络医疗健康管理对冠状动脉搭桥术后患者自我管理行为的影响

The influence of network medical health management of coronary artery bypass graft patients on self-management behaviors

目的探讨网络医疗健康管理对冠状动脉搭桥术患者自我管理行为的影响。方法将首次行冠状动脉搭桥术的122例患者分为对照组和试验组,对照组仅采用常规术后指导及出院后常规复诊,试验组在对照组的基础上,实施网络医疗健康管理,干预6个月后比较两组自我管理行为的改善效果。结果试验组患者在自我效能、自我管理行为、生存质量和机体功能方面均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论健康管理能提高冠状动脉搭桥术患者的自我管理行为,对改善和提高冠状动脉搭桥患者术后生活质量有积极作用。

Objective To evaluate the effects of network medical health management of coronary artery bypass graft （CABG） patients on self management behaviors.Methods Totally,122 CABG patients for the first time were divided into the experiment group and the control group.Traditional discharge guidance and return visit were conducted in the control group,and diversified network health management was conducted in the experiment group.The improvement of self -management behaviors was compared between the two groups after 6 months.Results Self-efficacy,self-management behavior,a body function and quality of life were better in the experiment group than those of the control group（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Health management can improve self-management behavior of CABG patients,and has a positive effect on quality of life after CABG.
