摘要
目的结合部队演习防疫保障,测试WCD2000卫生防疫车大面积喷雾灭蝇效果。方法应用该卫生防疫车使用5%顺式氯氰菊酯可湿性粉剂对部队驻训场所进行大面积喷雾,调查喷雾前1 d和喷雾后1-7 d蝇密度,评价灭蝇效果,并分析当地蝇类种群分布。结果住房(帐篷)内和住房周围场所喷雾1 d后成蝇密度下降率分别达到82.1%和78.7%,喷雾7 d后成蝇密度下降率分别达到70.6%和70.0%。野营厕所和垃圾场喷雾1 d后成蝇密度下降率均超过75%,喷雾7 d后仍达到50%以上。当地蝇类种家蝇、大头金蝇和丝光绿蝇构成比分别为68.2%、20.4%和6.3%。结论 WCD2000卫生防疫车大面积喷雾效率高,灭蝇效果好,持效时间长。
Objective To test the effect of large area spraying with WCD2000 epidemic-prevention vehicle against flies combined epidemic prevention support for military exercises. Methods The epidemic-prevention vehicle was used to spray alpha-cypermethrin wettable powder over large area in place stationed troops. Fly population densities were tested before 1 day and after 1 -7 days of spraying to evaluate effects against flies Results The rates of fly density declined by 82.1% and 78.7% in and out rooms (including tents) after 1 day of spraying respectively, and all over 50% afler 7 days of spraying. The rates were all in excess of 75% after 1 day of spraying and were up to 50% after 7 days in camping toilets and dumping pits. The constituent ratios of Musca domestica, Chrysomyai megacephala and Lucillia sericata were 68.2% ,20.4% and 6.3% respectively. Conclusion The efficiency of fly control is very well by spraying over large area with WCD2000 epidemic-prevention vehicle, and sustaining time is long.
