摘要
目的了解柳州市城区德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性。方法药膜接触法。结果现场采集该市城区重点场所的德国小蠊与敏感品系比较,对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威和敌敌畏的抗性系数分别为3.30、4.88、5.26、>7.56。其中,对敌敌畏已产生较高的抗性。结论柳州市城区的德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯具有一定的耐药性,对残杀威产生了一定程度的抗药性,对敌敌畏产生了明显的抗药性。
Objective To evaluate the resistance of Blattella germanica to four insecticides in Liuzhou city. Meth- ods Under laboratory conditions, the residual film method was applied to measure the median knockdown time (KT50). Results The results indicated that the field-collected strain held different resistance level to beta-cyper- methrin,delta-methrin,propoxur and DDVP with the resistance rates of 3.30,4. 88,5.26 and 〉 7. 56 respectively. Conclusion The field strain of Blattella germanica in Liuzhou city develops some resistance to the four insecticides.
