本文以燃气市场发展背景为视角,以燃气企业作为研究对象,深入分析和研究了燃气企业面临的市场竞争及自身存在的问题,以某沿海燃气集团(AB燃气)为例分析燃气企业市场前景和国家对燃气企业的政策形势,并总结AB燃气在满足国家政策要求下,为适应市场坏境所提出企业发展五项战略举措及实施措施。
Based in the development background of gas market, this paper analyses and studys the market competition and a serial of coming problems of gas enterprise internally, which is the study object.Take a enterprise(called AB Group) as example,the paper presents the market anticipation and the policy situation from government.In addition, to serve the needs of policy situation from government,the paper raises 5 strategies which benefit AB Group meeting the environment of gas market.
