摘要
为解决在网络带宽较低环境下的视频监控及传输问题,采用基于小波变换的高效率压缩方法,传输D1/720P/1080P高清晰监控画面,实现对赤道几内亚的吉林送变电国际公司工作环境的实时视频监控。该监控系统能按指定需求使用网络带宽,具有循环记忆存储功能,其小波编码技术具有自身独立编码解码规范和较高的安全性能和保密性,可在200 Kbit/s下传输D1 20FPS的图像,传输延时小于1 s,相比国际通用标准H.264技术,节约带宽小于60%。
