摘要
在AVS空间可伸缩编码中为了进一步提高视频图像的质量,尤其针对丢失信息量较大的降采样部分,提出了一种基于预测模式的新型降采样方法。该方法对I帧每种不同的预测模式采用不同的滤波器,为每一种编码模式选择最优效果的滤波器,从而从局部优化达到整体优化的效果;P帧根据帧间预测模式选择高低阶数不等的滤波器,把图像的平坦部分和细节部分分开处理。实验结果表明,该方法能提高信噪比,有效的改善图像质量。
In AVS spatial scalable encoding, in oMer to improve the quality of the video image particularly for Down-sampling section which loses a large amount of information, a new down-sampling method based on prediction mode was proposed. In this method, different type of filter was used for I frame each prediction mode, Thus it can choose best effect filter for every encoding mode, and achieve overall optimization results from the local optimum; P frame select high or low unequal rank filter according to inter prediction mode. It Processes flat part and detail part separately. Experiments result shows that the method can improve the signal to noise ratio, and improve the quality of image.
