摘要
研究了不同阻燃技术、不同环境条件和施工方法对聚氨酯复合板系统稳定性的影响。结果表明:添加型阻燃剂以及中段异氰酸指数会显著增加聚氨酯复合保温板尺寸变形;聚氨酯复合保温板对于高、低温及其高低温循环环境具有较好的适应性能,但不能有效抵抗高温高湿环境;结合实际应用经验,提出了增强聚氨酯复合保温板系统稳定性的技术措施。
The influence of different flame retardant technology, different environmental conditions and con- struction method for polyurethane composite board system was studied. The results show that: flame retardant and middle isocyanate index significantly increase the size of the polyurethane composite insulation board deformation; polyurethane composite insulation board has better adapt performance in high, low temperature environment and temperature cycling environment, but cann' t effectively resist high temperature wet environment; with practical ap- plication experience, technical measures of reinforcing polyurethane composite insulation panel system stability was proposed.
