腹腔镜胃旁路术后患者血浆胆汁酸的变化及其对糖脂代谢的影响

摘要 目的:探讨腹腔镜胃旁路术后血浆胆汁酸浓度的变化及其对血脂、血糖的影响。方法:选择41例行腹腔镜胃旁路术的2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者作为研究对象,对比分析术前及术后1年BMI、糖脂代谢参数、血浆胆汁酸浓度。结果:与术前相比,术后BMI、糖脂代谢参数、血浆胆汁酸浓度有显著改变。相关性分析得出,术后胆汁酸的变化与糖脂代谢参数的变化显著相关。结论:腹腔镜胃旁路术后患者糖脂代谢的改善可能与血浆胆汁酸浓度升高有关。 Objective:To explore the change of bile acid levels in patients underwent laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (LRYGB) surgery and its influence on improved glucose and lipid metabolism. Methods:A total of 41 type 2 diabetes mellitus with obese subjects undergoing LRYGB were included. BMI, glucose and lipid metabolism parameters, serum bile acid concentration were as- sessed before and 1 year after surgery through independent-samples t test and partial correlation analysis. Results:The preoperative BMI, glucose and lipid metabolism parameters, serum bile acid concentration were significantly different from the postoperative parame- ters ( P 〈 0.05 ). Serum bile acid concentration had a significant correlation with the glucose and lipid metabolism parameters. Conclusions:Ahered bile acid levels might contribute to improved glucose and lipid metabolism in patients who have had LRYGB.
