Ⅱ型肠病相关性T细胞淋巴瘤1例并文献复习

A Case of TypeⅡ Enteropathy Associated T Cell Lymphoma and Review of the Literature

目的提高对肠病相关性T细胞淋巴瘤(EATL)的认识。方法对1例Ⅱ型肠病相关性T细胞淋巴瘤(EATL)诊疗过程回顾性分析,并结合文献复习。结果该例患者因反复腹痛、消化道出血半年后剖探查活检确诊,先后手术两次,化疗七次,一年后死亡。结论肠病相关性T细胞淋巴瘤(EATL)系罕见的恶性肿瘤,缺乏特异性临床表现,病程进展迅猛,预后极差,应引起临床医师重视。

To improve the understanding of enteropathy associated T cell lymphoma. A case of type Ⅱenteropathy associated T cell lymphoma diagnosis retrospectively, and review of the literature. The patient with biopsy confirmed after cesarean section first half of recurrent abdominal pain, gastrointestinal bleeding after operation, two times, seven times of chemotherapy, died a year later. Enteropathy associated T cell lymphoma is a rare malignant tumor, the lack of specific clinical manifestations, rapid progression, poor prognosis, clinicians should pay more attention.
