新课程标准更加重视学生的自学能力，而培养学生良好的学习习惯则有助于学生自学能力的提高。结合多年的教学实践，从课前预习、课中学习、课后复习和课外阅读习惯的培养这四方面入手，阐述了如何培养学生的自主学习习惯，从而提高学生的自学能力。

The new curriculum standard plays more attention to the students＇ self-study ability, and the cultivation of students＂ good learning habits helps to improve their learning ability. Based on the teaching practice of many years, starting from the preparation before class, study in class, review after class, extra reading and other aspects, the author expounds how to cultivate students＇ self-learning habits so as to improve their self-study ability.
