组建班级学科小社团,提高教学的有效性——以班级小社团对三年级下册Phonics教学的促进为例

摘要 班级学科小社团,旨在让学生在明确活动意义、学习目标的基础上,有组织有计划地通过同伴的相互指导、示范、评价等形式共同达成学习目标。小社团以遵循尊重每一个学生的兴趣、爱好与特长为原则,采取独立和合作的方式进行分析、探索、实践、质疑、创造,为学生个性的充分发展创造空间,增强学生与学生之间的相互交流。把小社团活动作为课堂外的主要学习阵地,还能有效保障和推动课程的教学。通过组建班级学科小社团,阐述了如何有效促进新教材三年级下册Phonics的教学. Class small community aims to enable students to clear significance of activities, learning objectives, organized and planned to reach common goals through peer guidance, demonstration and evaluation form. Small communities respect each student's interest, hobbies and expertise for the principle, take the independent and cooperative approach to analysis, exploration, practice, questioning and creating, sufficient for the development of students' personality to create space, enhance mutual communication between students. The small community activities outside the classroom learning as the main position, can effectively protect and promote teaching. Through the formation ofclass discipline small community, describe how to effectively promote the new textbook of Grade three Phonics teaching.
