摘要
在初中阶段，由于环境及升学压力等各种因素的影响，无法使口语教学成为一门独立的学科，因而英语课堂教学对提高英语口语就显得尤为重要。那么如何让有限的英语课堂教学最大限度地发挥其能动性，从而有效地提高学生的口语交际能力，从教师的个人素质提高，教学各环节的渗透，精心设计口语交际活动及强化朗读、背诵这几方面来进行阐述。
