语文教师的语言素养直接决定学生语言素养的形成和发展，一定程度上制约着语文教学的成功与失败。分析了当前语文教师语言方面的现状，分析了教师语言素养对学生发展、课堂成功所具有的重要意义，并从“积累”“借鉴”“练习”“反思”等几个方面探索了语言素养的提升策略。

Chinese teachers＇ language accomplishment directly determines the formation and development of students,language literacy, to a certain extent, restricts the language teaching success. In this paper, analyzes the current status of Chinese teachers on the language aspect, analyzes the important significance of language literacy teachers on classroom success has on the development of students, and from the ＂accumulation＂＂reference＂＂practice＂＂reflective＂ and other aspects to explore the language literacy strategy.
