通过在课堂上开展“8421”小组学习和学习的微观指导,用制度和精神的鼓舞,使学生共同合作,共同进步,进而对物理教学起到促进作用。
Through developing "8421" the group study and the study microscopic instruction in the classroom, with the system and the spiritual inspiration, causes the students to cooperate together with the progress, then get up the promoter action to the physical teaching.
