南京市医疗机构儿科医疗资源现状与对策

The distribution of pediatric medical recourses and measures to be taken regarding medical institutions in Nanjing

目的:分析南京市儿科医疗资源总量和配置现状,探索其特点和原因,为加强南京市医疗机构儿科建设提供参考。方法:采用描述性统计方法,对南京市儿科医疗资源总量以及现有儿科资源在不同类型、不同等级、不同性质、不同区域医疗机构间的配置情况进行统计。结果:南京市儿科医疗资源总量不足且配置不均衡,资源分布呈现向专科医院、高层次医疗机构、城区和公立非赢利性医院集中的状态。结论:应采取恢复高等院校儿科专业设置、增加政府投入和政府区域规划等措施,以加强南京市医疗机构儿科建设,切实缓解南京市儿童看病难现象。

Objective：To analyze the amount of pediatric medical resources in Nanjing and its distribution,and explore its characteristics and causes,in order to guide us to strengthen the pediatric construction of medical institutions in Nanjing.Methods：By using descriptive statistical method,we analyzed the amount of pediatric medical resources in Nanjing and studied its distribution among different types,different levels,different nature and different areas of the medical institutions.Results：The pediatric medical resources in Nanjing is insufficient and uneven in its distribution.Resources are mainly concentrated in specialist hospitals,high-level medical institutions,urban and public non-profit medical institutions.Conclusion：We should take measures to restore pediatric majors in universities,increase government investment and work on regional planning to strengthen the pediatric medical power in Nanjing,and relieve the pressure of parents who need to find their children a doctor.
