小针电凝联合普萘洛尔凝胶治疗婴幼儿大面积体表血管瘤的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of the treatment of infantile superficial hemangiomas in large area by using fine needle electrocoagulation combined with propranolol gel

目的：探讨小针电凝联合普萘洛尔凝胶治疗婴幼儿大面积体表血管瘤的疗效及并发症的防治.方法：回顾笔者科室2011年7月～ 2014年7月采用小针电凝联合普萘洛尔凝胶治疗的58例婴幼儿大面积体表血管瘤患儿的临床资料,对所有病例的疗效和并发症进行分析.结果：本组58例,治愈37例（6 3.79％）,显效17例（29.32％）,有效4例（6.89％）,无效0例,总有效率（9 3.11％）.门诊随访6 ～20个月,5例出现色素沉着（8.6％）,1例出现表浅性瘢痕（1.7％）,未见其他不良反应及意外损伤.结论：小针电凝联合普萘洛尔凝胶治疗婴幼儿大面积体表血管瘤,可以加速其消退,缩短自然病程,减少并发症,是一种安全、有效、简单易行的治疗方法.

Objective The study aims is observing the therapeutic efficacy of infantile superficial hemangiomas in large area, the prevention of the adverse effects by using fine needle electrocoagulation combined with propranolol gel. Methods Between Junly 2011 and Junly 2014,the 58 cases of infantile with superficial hemangiomas in large area were treated with lectrocoagulation using fine needle and propranolol gel.Analysising of the clinical date,treatment effects and complication of all cases. Results Among the 58 cases,37 cases were cured （63.79%）,obviously effective in 17 cases （29.32%）, effective 4 cases （6.89%）, invalid 0 cases. The total effective rate （93.11%）.AII the patients were followed up for 6-20 months.Among 58 cases,5 cases presented pigmentation（8.6%）,1cases had superficial scar （1.7%）,and no other adverse reactions and accidental injury. Conclusion It is a safe,efficiency therapeutic technique and easy for operating surgeons to treat infantile superficial hemangiomas by using fine needle electrocoagulation combined with propranolol gel.The technique can accelerate extinction of hemangiomas,shorten the natural course, reduce complications.
