盐酸多塞平乳膏与地塞米松治疗局限性神经性皮炎的疗效比较分析

Clinical efficacy comparison between doxepin hydrochloride cream and dexamethasone for local neurodermatitis

目的：探讨盐酸多塞平乳膏与地塞米松乳膏治疗局限性神经性皮炎的临床疗效.方法：选择笔者科室201 0年3月～2013年7月门诊接收的120例局限性神经性皮炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组.观察组：60例,采用盐酸多塞平乳膏进行治疗;对照组：60例,采用地塞米松乳膏进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果：治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为81.67％,明显高于对照组（63.33％）,组间差异具有统计学意义,观察组患者的瘙痒症状评分也较对照组出现了明显改善,组间差异具有统计学意义.结论：采用盐酸多塞平治疗局限性神经性皮炎具有十分显著的疗效,可有效缓解患者的局部皮肤瘙痒症状,并减少瘙痒引起的抓伤等外力刺激,有利于改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To compare clinical efficacy between doxepin hydrochloride cream and dexamethasone for local neurodermatitis. Methods 120 patients with local neurodermatitis were included in the study, in which the observation group of 60 cases was treated with hydrochloric acid doxepin cream while control group of 60 patients were treated with dexamethasone cream. Results After treatment, patients in the observation group, the total effective rate was 81.67%, significantly higher than in patients with total efficiency,a statistically significant difference between groups, the observation group were itching scores than the control group of patients there is a clear improved, a statistically significant difference between groups. Conclusion Doxepin hydrochloride for treatment of neurodermatitis has a very significant effect, which can effectively relieve symptoms of local skin itching and reduce itching and scratching caused by external stimuli, and it is worthy of applications.
