两性畸形15例临床诊疗分析

Clinic analysis of 15 hermaphroditism cases

目的:总结15例两性畸形的临床表现、诊断以及治疗,目的在于提高对该类疾病的认识及临床诊疗水平。方法:回顾性分析15例两性畸形病历,根据患者的染色体性别、性腺性别、社会性别、心理性别,以及患者和家属的意愿确定患者的性别取向。分析临床表现、诊断及治疗,并结合文献对其病因、诊断、治疗进行讨论。结果:社会性别男3例,女12例;真两性畸形1例,男性假两性畸形6例,女性假两性畸形7例,先天性睾丸发育不良1例,通过内、外科治疗后1例由女性抚养改为男性,其余均维持原社会性别。结论:两性畸形的尽早诊断及治疗,对治疗效果最优化及患者生活质量的提高有重要意义。性别选择时应对患者情况进行综合考虑,但需首先尊重患者本人及家属的意愿。

Objective To improve diagnosis and treatment of hermaphroditism,15 cases who suffered from intersex were reported. Methods To review 15 cases of hermaphroditism,sex preferences were decided according to their genetic sex,gonadal sex,social sex,psychological sex and requests of the patients and their families. Results 3 were socially male and 12 were socially female.With the help of examination,6 patients were diagnosed as male pseudohermaphroditism;7 was male pseudohermaphroditism;1 patient as true hermaphroditism and left 1 as Klinefelter syndrome. Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment were very very important to improve the life level.The decision of the patients and the family should be considered first
