下颌磨牙急性牙髓炎治疗中应用斯康杜尼局部浸润麻醉的临床分析

Clinical analysis of treatment of acute pulpitis of mandibular molar in the application of Scandonest local infiltration anesthesia

目的：对下颌磨牙急性牙髓炎治疗中应用斯康杜尼局部浸润麻醉的镇痛效果进行临床分析。方法：选择2013年1月~2014年2月我科收治的下颌磨牙急性牙髓炎患者140例（140颗）作为观察对象,随机分成试验组和对照组。其中,试验组70例（70颗）,对照组者70例（70颗）。试验组采用斯康杜尼局部浸润麻醉,对照组采用盐酸利多卡因局部浸润麻醉。观察和比较两组镇痛效果及观察斯康杜尼麻醉的不良反应。结果：采用医师评价和患者评价法,两种麻醉剂均存在显著性差异（P〈0.05）,斯康杜尼的镇痛效果要明显优于利多卡因,且无不良反应出现。结论：应用斯康杜尼局部浸润麻醉在下颌磨牙急性牙髓炎治疗中,能获得较好的麻醉效果,减轻患者的疼痛感,降低患者的恐惧心理,是较为理想的口腔麻醉剂。

Objective In the treatment of acute pulpitis of mandibular molars in the application of Scandonest local infiltration anesthesia analgesic effect of clinical analysis. Methods 140 patients with acute pulpitis in 2013 January to 2014 February in mandibular molars were treated in our department patients （140 teeth） as the object of observation, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experiment group adopted the Scandonest local infiltration anesthesia, the control group using hydrochloric acid lidocaine local infiltration anesthesia. Observe and compare the two groups of analgesic effect and adverse reactions were observed Scandonest anesthesia. Results Using the physician evaluation and patient evaluation methods, two kinds of anesthetic were significant difference （P〈0.05）, Scandonest was obviously superior to the analgesic effect of lidocaine, and there was no adverse reaction. Conclusion The application of Scandonest local infiltration anesthesia in the treatment of acute pulpitis of mandibular molar, can obtain good effects of anesthesia, the patients to relieve pain, reduce the patient＇s fear is an ideal oral anesthetics.
