老年患者60例口腔修复的临床特点分析

Clinical analysis of 60 cases of elderly patients with oral cavity repair

目的:了解老年患者的口腔问题与修复情况,分析其临床特点。方法:调查60例老年患者的口腔状况和修复过程,并进行统计分析。结果:60例老年患者中,有41例(68.33%)进行活动性义齿修复,19例(31.67%)进行固定义齿修复,此外有41例(68.33%)要求提高牙齿咀嚼功能,有8例(13.33%)患者要求改善牙美观。结论:目前,老年患者口腔修复的主要方法是活动义齿修复,其应用范围较广,此外修复咀嚼功能和改善牙美观占据口腔修复的一定需求。

Objective To understand the problem and repair in elderly patients with oral,analysis of its clinical features. Methods To investigate the oral condition and repair process of 60 cases of elderly patients,and statistical analysis. Results 60 cases of elderly patients,41 cases （68.33%） were active dentures,19 cases （31.67%） were fixed partial denture,there were 41cases （68.33%） request to improve the teeth chewing function,8 cases （13.33%） were improved teeth. Conclusion The main methods in elderly patients with oral cavity repair is removable partial denture, its wide range of application, in addition to repair and improve the masticatory function ofteeth occupy a certain demand of oral restoration.
