Nursing experience of filling nasal base to treat midface depression in 23 cases

目的:探讨鼻基底填充患者的护理措施和方法。方法:回顾性分析23例鼻基底填充患者的临床资料和护理方法。结果:23例患者均恢复较好,切口愈合好,切口无血肿、感染、假体移位、表情僵硬等并发症。结论:在整个过程中手术的成功与否不仅与医师的技术娴熟程度、经验有关,而且与手术前后的护理密切相关。围手术期的护理是手术成功的重要保证。

Objective To study the nursing measures and methods of the patients with nasal base filling. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 23 patients with nasal base filling and nursing methods. Results 23 cases were good recovery,good healing of incision,incision without complications such as hematoma infected prosthesis displacement expression stiff. Conclusion The success of operation in the process is not only related with the degree of skilled physicians experience,but also closely related to nursing before and after operation Perioperative nursing is the important guarantee of successful operation.
