芜湖市两所特殊学校学生口腔健康状况调查

Survey on oral health of two special schools students in Wuhu

目的了解芜湖聋哑学校及培智学校就读的残障学生口腔疾病发病状况。方法采取世界卫生组织口腔健康调查方法,收集2012年10月在我院体检的209名残障儿童口腔健康状况资料,进行统计学分析。结果 209名残障学生患龋率为57.4%,DFMT为1.9,龋齿充填率1%,牙龈炎检出率36%,受检学生的错牙合畸形患病率为93%,只有4名学生牙齿有充填物。聋哑学生患龋率大于智障学生,智障学生牙龈炎检出率及错牙合畸形率大于聋哑学生,但两者差异没有统计学意义。结论芜湖残障学生口腔疾病发病率较高,口腔科就诊率低。

Objective To investigate the incidence of oral diseases among two special schools students with disabilities in Wuhu, China. Methods 209 students who underwent physical examination in our hospital in October,2012 were investigated in this study ac- cording to the criterion issued by World Health Organization（WHO）. Statistical analysis was done. Results The caries rate of 209 handicapped students was 57.4% ; DFMT was 1.9 ;the frequency of Filled teeth was 1% and the prevalence of gingivitis and malocclu- sion were 36% and 93% respectively. The caries rate of hearing impaired children（HI） was higher than those mentally retarded（MR） and MR students appear to have poor periodontal status and more malocclusion than HI students ,but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions The handicapped students in Wuhu are having poor oral health status. Rate of visiting Department of Stoma- tology is low.
