高强度聚焦超声联合药物靶向输送在局部肿瘤治疗中的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 高强度聚焦超声(high intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)是近年来快速发展并在国内外广泛应用于临床的无创性局部消融治疗肿瘤的新技术,它对传统肿瘤外科手术治疗进行了有效补充,目前已成功应用于肝、肾、胰腺、前列腺、乳腺、骨骼、子宫等部位的良、恶性实体肿瘤的治疗[1]。
