髓源性抑制细胞在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 髓源抑制性细胞(myeloid—derived suppressor cells,MDSCs)是一类来源于骨髓前体细胞的异常分化体,由不同分化程度的未成熟巨噬细胞、粒细胞、树突状细胞以及其他分化早期阶段的髓系细胞构成。前期大量研究发现,MDSCs在荷瘤小鼠或肿瘤患者体内由骨髓募集到外周大量扩增,并进一步诱导活化,发挥抑制机体抗肿瘤免疫的作用。
