广州地区2642例不孕不育妇女TORCH检测回顾性分析 被引量:5

Retrospective analysis of TORCH infection of 2642 infertile women in Guangzhou

摘要 目的了解来本院就诊的不孕不育妇女的TORCH(TOX、RV、CMV、HSV)感染情况,为降低辅助生殖技术助孕的流产率及畸形胎儿出生率提供参考依据。方法采用抗体捕获ELISA技术对2012年9月至2013年8月在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院就诊的共2 642例不孕不育妇女血清进行TORCH特异性Ig M抗体定性检测,并对不同季节和不同年龄段的感染情况进行统计分析。结果 2 642名患者中TOX-Ig M、RV-Ig M、CMV-Ig M、HSV-Ig M阳性率分别是2.01%、1.02%、1.67%和1.48%,总感染率5.68%。TOX-Ig M、RV-Ig M和CMV-Ig M的阳性率在不同季节之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TOX-Ig M的阳性率冬夏高于春秋,RV-Ig M的阳性率冬季最高,CMV-Ig M的阳性率夏季最高。TORCH-Ig M阳性率随着年龄增大呈现下降趋势,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论需加强对TORCH感染季节性的认识;最佳生育年龄段TORCH感染率较高,行辅助生殖手术者应进行TORCH-Ig M常规检查,以减少有缺陷新生儿的出生。 Objective To investigate the infectious status of TORCH(TOX, RV, CMV, HSV) in infertile women and reduce the miscarriage rate and malformation fetus birth rate with ART(assisted reproduction technologies). Methods A total of 2642 infertile women were recruited from outpatient of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital from Sep 2012 to Aug 2013. TORCH-IgM in serum was detected by capture-ELISA.The infection rate of different seasons and ages was analyzed statistically. Results The positive rates of TOX-IgM, RV-IgM, CMV-IgM and HSV-gM antibody in infertile women were 2.01%, 1.02%, 1.67% and 1.48% ,respectively. And the total positive rate was 5.68%. There were significant differences of the positive rate of serum TOX-IgM, RV-IgM and CMV-IgM among different seasons; TOX-IgM levels in summer and winter were higher than those in spring and autumn; the highest positive rate of RV-IgM was in winter and CMV-gM in summer. The positive rate of TORCH-IgM went down gradually with the increase in age. Conclusion The understanding of seasonal TORCH infection should be strengthened. The infection rate shows comparatively higher among women of the best child-bearing age. It is suggested that TORCH-IgM detection should be a routine test in pre-pregnant woman to reduce the birth of dysfunctional newborns.
