非肌肉肌球蛋白Ⅱ(non-muscle myosinⅡ,NMⅡ)的功能贯穿从单个细胞到人的整个基础生物功能,比如有丝分裂、细胞迁移、胞质分裂、囊泡转移修复和分泌等。它的表达与细胞的各项功能息息相关,因此具有重大研究意义。本文就此相关研究作一综述。

Non-muscle myosinⅡ （NM Ⅲ ） acts as key roles in the broad ranges of basic biological functions,such as mitosis, migration, cytokinesis, vesicle metastasis repair and secretion etc., and conserved from unicellular organisms to humans. Its expression is closely related with functions of cells and therefore there has great significance. In this paper, the latest advances of NM Ⅲ in physiological and pathological functions are reviewed.
