食管胃交界部癌527例临床病理分析 被引量：4

摘要 食管胃交界部癌发生于食管胃交界处黏膜,具有与食管癌和胃癌不同的特征.因为食管胃交界部癌在欧美国家的发病率逐年升高,其组织起源、分类及其合理有效的治疗已受到广泛关注.我国对食管胃交界部癌的研究已取得了一定进展[1-3].本文对我院2006-2008年间收治的食管胃交界部癌病例进行回顾性分析,希望从中总结出经验,以提高对该肿瘤的认识.
