摘要
目的:详细介绍了基于Wi-Fi的医疗视频传输系统的总体框架的和软件设计方案,为ICU应急措施提供一种可行的方案。方法:系统采用C/S结构:在客户端,在首先对显示病人生命体参数的ICU内微型计算机运用GDI+进行屏幕采集保存为像素为1440*900的32位Bmp图像文件,利用双线性内插值法对图像进行几何变换转变为像素为640*480的24位Bmp图像文件,对Bmp图像进行Jpeg的压缩编码,利用Socket编程对压缩图像进行循环实时发送;在服务端,以外接Wi-Fi模块的OMAP3530芯片为核心,利用Wi-Fi热点设备中继,同样利用Socket编程实现对压缩视频图像的实时接收,利用Davinci算法库实现对压缩的Jpeg图像的解码为YUYV(4:2:2)的视频原始文件,运用DVSDK对视频原始文件进行显示。结果:在ICU发生紧急情况时,系统可以实现对显示病人生命体参数的ICU内微型计算机屏幕的采集,压缩,发送,在接收设备端也可实现接收,解码和显示等功能,并且传输速率达到每秒15帧。结论:该设计可以在ICU发生紧急情况下,将ICU内病人视频图像信息的采集,压缩,发送、接收、解码和显示等功能实现在一个系统平台上,应用性较好。
Objective: This paper introduces a Wi-Fi-based hardware platform and software design solutions about medical video transmission system in detail ,provides a viable solution for the ICU emergency measures.Methods: The system uses the C/S Strucmre, theclient,uses GDI+ to capture microcomputer screen which displays the patient life parameters in the ICU and store the image of microcomputer screen as bmp image whose pixel is 1440*900, utilizes bilinear interpolation algorithm to transform the bmp image whose pixel is 1440*900 into 640*480 pixel BMP image ,encode the BMP image and save the file as JPEG, uses socket programming to transmit circularly in real time the compressed image;on the server side, equips an OMAP3530 microprocessor connected with Wi-Fi modules as its main controller, transmit information by the relay Wi-Fi hot equipment, uses socket programming to receive circularly in real time the compressed image,uses the Davinci algorithm to decode the compressed image about JPEG and save the video file as YUYV(4:2:2) ,make use of DVSDK to display the original video files.Results: When an emergency occurs in the ICU, the system can capture microcomputer screen which displays the patient life parameters, store the image of microcomputer screen,compress and transmit it;itachivethe receiving device which belongs to the system can receive,decode and display it;its data rates have 15 frames per second.Conclusions: the platforms that the Medical video information about patient in ICU can be collected ,encoded ,sended ,received,decoded and displayed is established,it has a better application.
