脉冲电场刺激对部分仙人掌科植物释放负离子的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用DLY-4G-232型空气离子测量仪,在800 mm×800 mm×800 mm密闭的玻璃箱中对盆栽的8种仙人掌科植物在常态下和固定电压的脉冲电场刺激下释放的负离子浓度进行测定,并应用正交试验探讨最佳的脉冲电场组合.结果表明:(1)仙人掌科植物在常态下可以释放负离子,但其释放负离子的能力有限,8种植株中释放负离子浓度最高的为金手指,为320 ion·cm-3,最小的为英丸,为104 ion·cm-3;(2)8 k V高压脉冲电场的刺激可以高效提高植物释放负离子的能力,其倍增效益显著,8种植物中提高率最大的为英丸,较对照组提高74839.2%;(3)每种植物都有一个高效释放负离子的最优脉冲电场组合. The concentration of negative air ions generated by some species and varieties of cactaceous plants in sealed glass chamber with the dimensions 800 mm × 800 mm × 800 mm under natural and pulsed electric stimulation conditions was detected by DLY-4G-232 air ion detector.And the optimal combination of pulsed electric field for each plants was analyzed by the orthogonal experiment.The results showed that:(1) Cactaceous plants can generate negative air ions under natural conditions,but the ability was very limited,the average negative air ions concentration released by Mammillaria elongata var.intertexta was 320 ion · cm^-3,which was the highest levels,the lowest was Echinomastus intertextus,the average negative air ions concentration was 104 ion · cm^-3.(2)The plants imposed by certain pulsed eletric feild can efficiently improve the ability to release negative air iots,and the multiplication effect was remarkable,the increase rate of Echinomastus intertextus under pulsed electric field was 74839.2% compered to the average negative air ions concentration under natural condition.(3) Each plant had a optimal pulsed electric combination to release negative ions efficiently by the orthogonal experiment.
