摘要
利用计算机模拟了纳米晶Al薄膜的包辛格效应,在分子动力学的基础上分析了薄膜厚度和晶粒取向对包辛格效应的影响。结果表明,包辛格效应受晶粒取向的显著影响,相对于(110)织构的薄膜试样而言,没有织构存在的薄膜试样表现出较强的包辛格效应。
The Bauschinger Effect of nano-crystalline Al thin film was simulated by computer, and the effects of thickness and grain orientation on Bauschinger Effect were studied. The results show that the Bauschinger Effect is significantly influenced by grain orientation. Relative to the film samples (110) texture, there is no texture of thin film samples shows a greater Bausehinger Effect.
