基于计算机的0Cr21Ni11SiNRE奥氏体钢高温持久性能分析

摘要 研究了高温环境下0Cr21Ni11Si NRE新型奥氏体钢的持久性能。结果表明,不同试验温度下,应力均非常高使其处于同一蠕变阶段,使得蠕变机制没有发生明显的变化。通过计算机拟合曲线可以预测该材料的持久强度。 The creep rupture performance of new austenitic steel 0Cr21Ni11SiNRE at high temperature was investigated. The results show that the quite high stress makes the alloys of different creep temperature locate at the same creep stage, and thus the creep mechanism is not changed obviously. The creep rupture strength of the steel can be predicted by the computer-fitting curves.
