摘要
利用扫描电镜分析了轧制后的航空发动机用45Cr Ni Mo V钢在不同正火条件下的元素分布,优化其热处理工艺降低元素偏析。结果表明,经915℃×50 h正火处理后,试验钢组织均匀,元素偏析得到了明显改善。
The elements segregation of aero-engine 45CrNiMoV steel after rolling under different normalizing heat treatment conditions were analyzed using SEM. Through optimizing the heat treatment process, the element segregation problems of tested steels were solved. The results show that, after normalized at 915 ℃ for 50 h, the steel has very uniform microstructure, and an obvious improvement of elements segregation is observed.
