摘要
以M2钢为研究对象,研究了快速强韧氮化工艺对其微观结构、渗氮层深度、脆性及变形量的影响,揭示了该工艺在M2钢表面的渗氮机理。结果表明,快速强韧氮化工艺比传统QPQ盐浴复合处理工艺在相同氮化时间内获得更深的氮化层厚度,试样表面硬度整体提升,氮化层脆性级别为1级,氮化后微量变形。
A rapid strengthen-toughening nitriding method for M2 steel was studied through the changes of microstructure, nitriding layer thickness, ductility and deformation. The results show that, compared with the traditional QPQ method, the new nitriding method shows a lot of advantages such as deeper nitride layer, enhancing material overall hardness. The brittleness level of the steel after nitriding is grade 1, and only a small amount of deformation is observed after nitriding.
