摘要
采用真空熔炼方法制备低成本W4Mo2Cr4VNb钢,研究淬火和回火工艺参数对其微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,W4Mo2Cr4VNb钢的最佳热处理工艺为1 160℃淬火+3次580℃回火1 h,硬度可达65.4 HRC。与W9高速钢相比,W4Mo2Cr4VNb钢的合金元素含量低,降低了生产成本。
The low cost W4Mo2Cr4VNb steel was prepared by vacuum melting, and the effect of quenching and tempering process parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel were studied. The results show that the optimum heat treatment process of the steel is quenching at 1 160 ℃ and tempering at 580 ℃ for 1 h three times, and the hardness is 65.4 HRC. Compared with W 9 high-speed steel, the content of alloying element in the W4Mo2Cr4VNb steel is lower, reducing the production cost.
