摘要
研究了3003铝合金在热变形前后的显微组织及硬度变化。结果表明,热变形温度越高,应变速率越小,3003铝合金动态再结晶的晶粒尺寸越大,显微硬度越小。
The microstructure and hardness change of the aluminum alloy 3003 before and after hot deformation was investigated. The results show that the higher the deformation temperature and the smaller the strain rate, the larger the grain size of the aluminum alloy 3003 after dynamic recrystallization and the smaller the microhardness.
