摘要
以6061铝合金为研究对象,利用计算机仿真技术和实验,分析了表面处理过程中的温度场,并利用仿真参数模拟了下束时间、电子束加速电压对熔池尺寸的影响。结果表明,6061铝合金电子束表面处理过程中,温度场分布均匀,且随着距处理中心区域距离的增加,温度呈梯度分布趋势。仿真结果和实验分析结果比较吻合。
Taking 6061 aluminum alloy as research object, the temperature field of the alloy in the process of surface treatment was analyzed using computer simulation technique and experiment. And the effect of the under-beam time, electron beam accelerating voltage on molten pool size was simulated with the simulation parameter. The results show that the temperature field in 6061 aluminum alloy is uniform in electron beam surface treatment process, and the temperature presents gradient distribution trend with the increase of distance from the treatment center region. The simulation results and experimental results agree well.
