摘要 用强流脉冲电子束技术对β-CEZ钛合金进行表面改性处理,并利用有限差分法和Ansys软件对脉冲处理的温度场和表层应力场进行模拟分析。结果表明,脉冲处理后β-CEZ钛合金表层存在压应力,次表层存在拉应力。表层诱发了β相向正交相α'马氏体的转变,诱发此相变的应力为准静态应力所转化成的垂直于表层方向的热冲击应力。 High current pulsed electron beam was applied in β-CEZ titanium alloy, and simulating analysis on temperature field and stress field was processed by finite difference method and Ansys software. The results show that the compressive stress exists in the surface of β-CEZ titanium alloy and the tensile stress exists in the subsurface after pulse processing. Martensitic phase transformation occurs in the surface due to a thermo-impact stress in the perpendicular direction to the surface.
