摘要
利用力学性能测试和金相组织观察等手段对连铸辊子进行失效分析。结果表明,连铸辊子的疲劳断裂是由于存在应力腐蚀等原因。针对断裂失效原因,提出了工艺改进措施,经生产实践,效果良好。
The failure analysis and technology improvement of continuous casting rollers were carried out by mechanics performance testing and microstructure observation. The results show that the main reason of the fatigue break of the rollers is stress corrosion. The improved process shows good effect.
