摘要
直接金属铸造粉末作为直接金属铸造技术的原材料,受到了专利技术保护,导致其销售价格昂贵,大大增加了该技术的生产成本。本文通过实验确定了低成本直接金属铸造粉末的配制方法,按质量比6∶4将74μm的Al2O3粉和37μm的石膏粉ZP102混合。采用自配制的直接金属铸造粉末,成功打印出了齿轮及弯管快速成型模具,并铸造出了合格的齿轮和弯管铸件,大大降低了直接金属铸造技术用打印原材料的成本。
Aimed at the problems of direct metal casting powder with expensive sale price and high production cost because its raw material production technology was protected by patent, a low-cost preparation method of direct metal casting powder with the mass ratio of 6:4 by mixing 74 μm A1203 powder and 37μm gypsum powder ZP102 was identified. And the fast molds of gear and elbow were successfully printed using the low-cost direct metal casting powder, then qualified castings of gear and bends were produced, so as to greatly reduce the cost of print materials in direct metal, casting technique.
