通过分析Si O2和HCl含量对硅酸乙酯50粘结剂稳定性和性能影响,获得了硅酸乙酯50粘结剂配制涂料的最佳工艺参数,研究了硅酸乙酯50的型壳高温性能的影响因素,探讨了硅酸乙酯50制壳工艺,以及对铸件表面质量的影响。
The influence of SiO2 and HCl contents on the stability of the ethyl silicate(50) binder was investigated. The best process parameters of the shell mould coating with ethyl silicate(50) binder were obtained in the best properties. The influencing factors of ethyl silicate(50) binder on the high temperature performance of shell were studied, and the influence of shell mold process on casting surface quality was probed.
