摘要
分析了当前中国铸造行业人才队伍现状,探讨了工人队伍素质提高和专业技术人才培养的途径。从行业人才培养机制和用人机制出发,提出了铸造产业发展人才对策,深化校企融合办学模式,建立行业人才交流制度,构建学校教育与企业培养紧密联系的行业人才教育培训体系。
The current situation of casting industry talent in China was analyzed. The reasons why the worker team quality is not good and why the special technical talent is scarce in the industry were discussed. Based the development of the industry, the countermeasure of talent has been proposed to improve the mechanism of the industry personnel training and employment. The education model of school enterprise integration should be deepened, and the talent exchange system is to be established in the industry. The training system of the industry personnel education closely related with school education and enterprise culture is to be established.
