摘要
对0Cr32Ni7Mo4N双相不锈钢的热轧后冷轧与直接冷轧工艺成形性能进行对比,研究其微观组织、耐腐蚀性能和力学性能。结果表明,采用1 110℃固溶后直接冷轧处理工艺获得的试样经热处理后,边部不易开裂,力学性能和耐腐蚀性能较好,加工成本低,可用于0Cr32Ni7Mo4N双相不锈钢的生产。
The microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 0Cr32Ni7Mo4N duplex stainless steel preparing by cold rolling and direct rolling process were studied. The results show that the edge of the sample is not easy to crack after heat treatment and solid solution treatment at 1 110 ℃, and the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance are improved, which can be used in the production of duplex stainless steel.
