介绍了在生产高品质厚大断面球铁件过程中,通过强制冷却缩短铸件凝固时间,控制铁液杂质,应用脱硫、复合球化处理及多次孕育处理延缓球化孕育的衰退,从而获得健全铸件的工艺过程。
The process of the forced cooling, impurity control, desulphurization, compound spheroidizing, and multi-level inoculation for the production of high quality heavy section ductile iron parts was introduced to shorten the solidification time and delay ball recession, resulting in a sound casting process.
