摘要
采用CALPHAD技术获得70Cr3Mo钢随温度变化的热物理常数,基于数值模拟和计算机仿真技术,模拟了打钉机枪头铸造过程。根据充型过程中铸模内部金属液的固相率分布,对打钉机枪头熔模铸造工艺进行了优化。通过添加石棉保温材料和增设补缩浇道设计,消除了缩孔、缩松等缺陷,提高了打钉机枪头产品质量。
The temperature-dependent thermal-physical constants of 70Cr3Mo steel were obtained by CALPHAD technology, the investment casting process of nailing machine tip was simulated and optimized based on the numerical modeling and computer simulation technology according to the solid fraction distribution of internal liquid metal of casting model in filling process. The shrinkage cavities and porosities defects were eliminated and product quality of nailing machine tip was improved by adding asbestos insulation materials and feeding pouting gates.
